Store Pickup (Nassau)
• Free store pickup is available during regular business hours.

Domestic Bahamas Shipping (Family Islands)
• Shipped via reputable Bahamian carriers.
• Delivery time varies by island and carrier logistics.

International Shipping
• Shipped worldwide via FedEx.
• Transit times depend on destination and the FedEx service selected at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected courier.
• Free store pickup is always available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, resalable packaging.
• Sale/clearance items and opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost when approved.

Refunds

Return Shipping
• Defective items (The Bahamas): return shipping is covered by Colour Me Cosmetics.
