Order Processing

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Local Delivery & Store Pickup (The Bahamas)

  • Nassau & New Providence: Delivery via local courier or Colour Me Cosmetics staff

  • Store Pickup: Free and available during regular business hours at our Nassau location

Domestic Shipping (Bahamas)

Orders are shipped via reputable Bahamian carriers. Delivery times vary by island and carrier logistics.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped worldwide via FedEx. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which vary by destination and order value.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected courier. Free store pickup is always available.

Delivery Estimates

  • Nassau & New Providence: Same day or within 1–2 business days

  • Family Islands: Delivery times vary by island

  • International: Transit times depend on destination and FedEx service selected

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. For international shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
