Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, resalable packaging. Sale, clearance, and opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after returned items are received and inspected.
